The technology works by melting material in the form of a filament and depositing it onto a surface. Various materials can be used, such as ABS, PLA, PETG, ASA, and more. This printing method may be familiar to you under the abbreviation FDM, but it is a trademark of one of the printer manufacturers (Stratasys).
The tolerance for products in FDM technology is +/-0.5% of individual dimensions (minimum +/-0.5mm). Additionally, the technology itself has limitations on material deposition through the nozzle. Therefore, I recommend ordering a single test piece initially, which you can test (for load and functionality) and, if necessary, make adjustments for future orders.
